In accordance with the terms of this agreement, any party wishing to sever this agreement must submit a formal opt-out on the second leap year of their agreement. Please note that even upon successful opt-out, the exit fee stipulated in the agreement will still apply.

This notice constitutes a legally binding document. All parties are advised to review the terms of “The Rights Of The Sites” thoroughly.
